The Aspen Knee Suspension Wrap is a knee brace accessory that provides added comfort and helps reduce brace migration. It was designed for use with the following Aspen knee braces:

Use

The Knee Suspension wrap can be applied over a knee brace or against the skin before donning a knee brace. 

1. Apply over a knee brace

   To apply the Knee Suspension Wrap over a knee brace, start by donning the knee brace as instructed by your healthcare practitioner. The knee suspension wrap is then applied over the knee brace above or below the knee. The knee suspension wrap will apply pressure to hold the knee brace.

2. Apply under a knee brace

   To apply the Knee Suspension Wrap under a knee brace, start by wrapping the knee suspension wrap around the calf or the thigh. Don your knee brace as instructed by your healthcare practitioner.

   Applying the Knee Suspension Wrap under a knee brace can help mitigate skin irritation under the knee brace and will also keep the knee brace from slipping up or down your leg.

You can also try wrapping the skin under your knee brace with Ace bandage before applying the Knee Suspension Wrap or knee brace. The Ace bandage will provide an interface to reduce skin irritation.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash only at 86°F (30° C)
• Wash with mild detergent
• Air dry
• Do not use bleach or other chemicals.

Contraindications

Do not use the product if any of the following contraindications pertain to you.

• Hypersensitivity or allergies to any of the materials from which the brace is made.
• Swelling of the lymphatic tissue caused by circulatory disorders.
• Patients who are not allowed to wear a brace according to medical instructions
